This beautiful curated apartment in Stockholm had my heart the moment I laid eyes on it. The mouldings, herringbone floors, monochromatic palette and midcentury touches exudes such a layered and calming feel. There’s something about European spaces that just gets me every time. The structural elements of the space play such an important part in setting the tone of the home.
What’s beautiful about living in Montreal is many older apartments especially in the Old Port of the city have those defining elements, yet it’s still hard to find a real gem. I recently moved to a modern condo in the heart of the city and will be incorporating some of these gorgeous structural elements in my place and documenting the process over the next few months. This home will definitely serve as an inspiration.
